The Electronic Document Management & File Tracking System will enhance workplace productivity via information sharing, rapid information retrieval, ease of information access, and improve information security.
The File Tracking System will allow authorized employees send/receive documents digitally; the system will provide information on the current location of each document, the employee responsible for handling such document, the source of the document, and the time spent by each document in a specific location, among other information.
