The Nigerian Senate Committee on Communication is not happy with the poor access to broadband services in the country which results in poor delivery of telecom services.

Members of the committee expressed their worry during the 2015 budget defence and assessment of the 2014 budget performance by the Nigerian communication commission (NCC).

The Chief Executive Officer of the Commission, Eugene Juwah said the proposed telecommunication bill will go a long way in improving the quality of service delivery even as he urged service operators to play by the rules.
